Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Orders in Cairo and Giza are delivered within 1-3 business days, Alexandria and Delta within 2-4 business days, and Upper Egypt and other governorates within 3-7 business days. We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as Bosta and Aramex to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Fees & Cash on Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all governorates with a small additional collection fee. For orders above a certain value, free shipping may apply — check current promotions on the store.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the shipping carrier immediately. In case of delivery refusal or absence at the delivery address, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.
