Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.

Refunds

After the return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) within 14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method: card payments are refunded to the card, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product for another of equal or different value (with the difference paid or refunded accordingly). Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customized products and items sold in final clearance sales cannot be exchanged. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
